What is Counselling?

It is a non judgemental, non directive appoach which will assist you to find personal solutions, and avoids analysis.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends entirely on your situation, the difficulties you experience, and your personal preferences. A single session may sometimes be all that is needed. On the other hand, some clients may attend up to a year. More typically people attend from four to ten sessions. Each session lasts for 50 minutes and the frequency of sessions is normally weekly.
