What is Counselling?Counselling is a process that psychologically empowers you to seize back control of your life, whilst working through issues and problems that have caused you to lose self esteem or confidence in your own abilities.
Counselling increases self awareness and a calm sense of well being, and is often the first step you can take on a path to discovering a more positive and enhanced lifestyle.
